I searched for “autotune a song.” Is this Auto-Tune?
No. Auto-Tune is an Antares product; this is Selekt’s independent Hard Tune tool. Both are in the pitch-correction category, but Selekt does not include or claim to reproduce the Antares plugin. Use the demo to judge Selekt’s sound for yourself.
Can I hard tune a song without changing its beat?
Yes. If you upload a full mix, Selekt can first separate the vocal and instrumental. The tuning runs on the isolated vocal, and the preview places it back over the original instrumental. Separation requires an account.
What makes the hard-tuned sound more obvious?
Fast snap, strong note lock, the correct key, and a vocal line that moves between notes. A wrong key can push the voice to unwanted notes. Slowing the snap or lowering note lock gives a gentler sound.
Can I hear the result before using credits?
Yes. The prepared demo is playable without uploading. Your own short previews are free; only the full-length, aligned WAV download costs 0.5 credits after you review its contents.
What do I get when I download?
