Find the chords
in your song.
Upload a song or a piano or guitar recording, and Selekt will estimate the chords throughout it. See where they change, download a chart you can read, and get a MIDI version you can edit in your music software. You can also explore cleared sounds that fit the progression, but that step is optional.
Start with your audioBring in your track
Find chords from an MP3 or another audio file. You can use a full song or an isolated piano or guitar recording—no need to separate it first. A clearer instrument recording usually gives a more reliable estimate; busy mixes can make some chord changes harder to identify.
Choosing a file is free. Analyzing it runs the full Complete processing job—including stem separation—so you need a signed-in account with 0.5 credit available. The credit is charged when processing starts. You can then view your result and download its available chord and Complete files without another charge.
Full-song demo
Play a prepared full mix, then look at the kind of simplified chord sequence this workflow estimates. These labels were prepared in advance, not analyzed from your upload, and should be checked by ear. Your own full-song analysis also runs the Complete stem workflow. Demo audio credits and source licenses.
Chord timeline
Your export stands on its own. The matching workspace below is optional.
Upload a track to see estimated chords by time, key and BPM when available, and the files you can take into your DAW.
Find cleared sounds around these chords
Audition catalog recordings with the same progression—or a related major/minor shape—in any key. Add more than one candidate to your shortlist. Your chord files above are yours to take without doing this step.
